Los Angeles needed the bench to hold a 1Q lead that Jordan-Griffin-Paul-Rivers-Barnes got for the Clippers, and Crawford-Hawes-Jones failed to come through. Clippers are relying on starters to play big minutes and will have trouble getting them enough rest.

New Orleans kept Evans-Gordon in for entire 2H and got positive minutes from Anderson off the bench. Those three, Evans-Anderson-Davis, made up for a bad game by Gordon for the Pelicans.
